Welding habitat panel is the core component of modular welding enclosures, widely applied for offshore oil & gas platforms, marine engineering, shipbuilding, on-site pipeline welding, high-altitude hot work and confined space welding operations.

Manufactured from premium silicone coated fiberglass fabric and sewn with flame-retardant yarn, our welding habitat panels build a fully sealed, heat-insulated, safe enclosed working area for hot work. Equipped with integrated Velcro, heavy-duty zippers and D-rings for quick assembly and flexible splicing, these panels effectively contain welding sparks, spatter, molten slag and heat radiation, preventing fire hazards and protecting surrounding equipment, personnel and flammable structures.

The main panel structure can continuously resist welding sparks and grinding heat up to 550°C. Our extra-thick floor cloth version can withstand molten metal and slag up to 850°C, eliminating the need for extra inner cladding lining for most working scenarios. Heavy-duty customized versions support extreme temperature resistance up to 1000°C for ultra-high-temperature hot work applications.

Compliant & Certified: Extensively tested and approved under leading international fire safety standards including ANSI/FM4950, EN1869, and NFPA701.
