Step 1: Define Temperature Limits
• Up to 260°C (Water/Oil proofing): Choose Silicone Coated or PVC Coated Fabrics.
• Up to 550°C (General Industrial Insulation): Choose Standard/Bulked Fiberglass or PU Coated Fabrics.
• Up to 1000°C–1700°C (Extreme Heat & Molten Metal): Choose High Silica Fabrics (Plain or Vermiculite coated).
Step 2: Assess Working Environment
• Radiant Heat: Select Aluminum Foil Laminated Fabric (reflects >95% radiant heat).
• Outdoor/Moisture/Chemical Exposure: Select Silicone Coated or PVC Coated Fabrics.
• Heavy Welding Sparks & Molten Splash: Select Vermiculite Coated High Silica or Heavy Texturized Cloth.
Step 3: Evaluate Fabrication & Cutting Requirements
• For easy sewing/stitching without fiber fraying: Select PU Coated Fabric.
• For high mechanical tension & pressure resistance: Select Stainless Steel Wire Reinforced Fabric.
Step 4: Request Custom Specifications
• All fabrics can be tailored in roll widths (1000mm–1500mm), cut tapes (10cm, 12cm, etc.), or prefabricated finished blankets. All
products conform to ISO, ASTM, and EN standards.
